12×7 inch ATV Rim.  For tires where the last number is 12 for example 25x10x12.

• Width 7 inches from tire bead location to bead location (where the tire sits)
• Diameter 12 inches from tire bead to bead location (where the tire sits)
• Off-set 3.5 inches from the outside of the rim.
