These Terms and Conditions govern your use of daxperformance.ca and purchases from DAX Performance. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

Orders & Payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless financing has been approved.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Delivery, returns, cancellations and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Warranty Policy.

Safe Use of Vehicles

Off-road vehicles, golf carts and go-karts can be dangerous. Operators are responsible for following the manufacturer’s instructions, wearing appropriate safety gear, respecting age and licensing requirements, and complying with all provincial and municipal laws. Many off-road vehicles are not approved for use on public roads.
