Cancellation Policy

Parts & Accessories

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

Vehicles

Vehicle orders may be cancelled for a full refund before freight has been booked. If freight has already been arranged, any carrier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. Vehicles that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Special-Order & Custom Items

Special-order, custom-built and service orders cannot be cancelled once work or ordering has begun.

How to Cancel

Email info@daxperformance.ca or call (905) 649-7198 with your order number as soon as possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
