Submit a Warranty Claim

If a product purchased from DAX Performance has a defect covered by our Warranty Policy, please send us your claim and we will respond within 2 business days.

Email Your Claim to info@daxperformance.ca

Please include:

1. Your full name, phone number and shipping address.
2. Your order number and date of purchase.
3. The product name and, for vehicles or engines, the VIN or serial number.
4. A clear description of the problem and when it started.
5. Photos and/or a short video showing the issue.

Our team will review the information and may ask for additional troubleshooting steps. Once approved, we will ship replacement parts or arrange service.
